Our Journey
Write-Back was launched in 2020, but our journey began long before that through years of implementing analytics solutions and developing products for enterprise organizations. As we worked closely with customers, it became clear that while dashboards were powerful tools for analysis, they made collaboration difficult and offered limited ways to add the real-world context needed to improve data accuracy.

In response, we built our first version during a hackathon. It was an early prototype that validated the unmet need for in-dashboard input. Shortly afterward, a customer asked us to extend this concept into an enterprise-grade product capable of ensuring security, auditability, and compliance within demanding enterprise environments.

That request became the catalyst for Write-Back’s evolution. Since then, we have continuously gathered feedback from global organizations and used those insights to refine, strengthen, and expand our product, supporting a wide range of use cases that can be tailored to very specific needs.

Write-Back evolved from operating as a unit within a larger company to becoming an autonomous and independent organization — a transition that reflects the growing strategic importance of the product and the value it delivers to customers. This change allows us to operate with greater focus, agility, and long-term commitment while maintaining the same ownership structure. The leadership team that created Write-Back continues to guide its development, ensuring stability, continuity, and a sustained commitment to delivering value for the organizations that rely on us.
